A South African Hunting Safari consists of a Daily Fee for hunters and non-hunters, plus the Trophy Fees paid for each animal killed or wounded.
The trophy list will enable you to make up a "wish list". This consists of all the animals available in our various concessions. Included:
- Our services as licensed professional hunters and hunting outfitter.
- Highly qualified camp staff, including skinners,trackers, cooks, waiters and camp assistants.
- Accommodation in fully-equipped safari camps - including full board.
- Complete meals, prepared from the finest fresh ingredients, soft drinks, and soft beverages served in camp. Liquor, wine, and beer included in moderate quantities.
- Daily laundry.
- Pick up and drop off at Intl. Airport closest to the area of the hunt.
- Ground transportation within the hunting area.
- Pre-taxidermy field preparation of all trophies.
- Transportation of trophies to Taxidermist, or Dip/Pack agent within South Africa.
- Fully-comprehensive emergency medical supplies.
Not included:
- Trophy fees paid at conclusion of safari on animals killed and wounded.
- In the event of Dipping, packing and crating of raw trophies; US $100 per animal, plus an Administration Fee of $150(South Africa)
- Taxidermy work on trophies.
- Rifle hire (firearms may be rented at $50 per day). Ammunition available at cost.
- Air charters within South Africa / Namibia / Botswana / Zimbabwe, or airfare to and from South Africa or Namibia.
- Hotel accommodations before and after the safari.
- Gratuities for staff, telephone calls and curio purchases.
- Air cargo charges on shipment of trophies.
- A PHASA conservation fee of US $10 per animal killed or wounded during the safari(South Africa).
- PHASA Trophy Medals and Certificates: Gold, Silver, Bronze - optional to client(South Africa).
- South Africa - Value Added Tax of 14% on Daily Rates.
- Namibia - Value Added Tax of 15% on Daily Rates.
